Calanova Golf is an 18 hole course located in Mijas, about 20 minutes from Marbella. It is a very hilly, mountain course with narrow and wide fairways and several elevated tees. Of interest are the undulating greens, some of which have an average area of around 500 m2 and, thanks to their exceptional shaping, allow many pin positions from very easy to the most difficult. Greater concentration will come on the 18th hole, where players will also be offered a water hazard.
A big bonus is the extraordinary views of the beautiful landscape, the sea and the La Cala de Mijas mountains from almost every hole.

Our review
Calanova is one of our favorite courses. The fairways are manicured, clean, and the holes offer views of the sea and the surrounding hilly countryside. Fashion connoisseurs will appreciate the largest golf shop on the Costa del Sol, where the two-storey shop is sure to have something for everyone, plus very pleasant outlet prices. The cherry on top is the club's restaurant with a view offering delicious local specialities.
